So everything before this weekend was working great with my app.  Its a timeclock application, and this is the error i get now when i try to clock in or out:

Error occured while executing on click script.

Unable to fetch data for the form variable 'null'

Error occured Anyone have any ideas on this??

 Nothing has changed and i have been using this app for a few months now.
