New to ZOHO Creator

I want to create a database for my returns department. We have over 2,000 products. I need to create a form and within the form I want to have a sku field. I have all of the sku's on an excel spreadsheet, but wondering what is going to be the best way to import all of my products, and as someone is filling out the field they are not going to have to type out the very long sku's. Hope that makes sense. Hope someone can help! Thank You! Phil
