Newb question re. CRM integrations

I am looking at using Zoho CRM at the hub of my new business. I am in the UK and new business is a service model business.
  1. Acquire new customer
  2. Install product at customers property
  3. Schedule annual maintenance visit
  4. Service calls when required
I currently have Google apps for small business and a spreadsheet but before things start to get much busier I am trying to implement the correct systems now to avoid headaches in the future.

So, basically I need to understand what Zoho can do for me.

Here's a list of per-requisites off the top of my head, would really appreciate some advice.

New prospect visits my website, makes an enquiry via online form or phones in.

Assumptions:
  1. Website form will enter prospects details into CRM?
  2. Auto email response is sent from template.
    Q. Which SMTP gateway does this use (3rd party service like Mandrill or SendGrid or Zoho provides this?)
  3. At certain stages of sales pipeline, pre-configured emails can be sent?
  4. Estimates and quotes can be generated with Zoho?
    Q. Does this integrate with Quickbooks/Sage for gathering prices and ordering stock with suppliers?
  5. Personalised quotes can be attached to email template and sent to customer?
  6. Sale won and invoices are sent
    Q. is this from Zoho or Quickbooks - is there sync between the two to ensure both are kept up to date
  7. Payment is taken online
    Q. via Zoho payments or 3rd party integration (like Stripe)?
  8. Customer books installation date
    Q. this is entered into calendar on Zoho CRM or Google Calendar (are the two in sync)?
  9. Customer receives maintenance visit 1 year after installation date.
    Q. Can this rule be setup in Zoho CRM so we can see when engineers visit is required?
  10. Direct debit is setup and agreed by customer for monthly maintenance plan
    Q. Zoho payment or 3rd party integration like GoCardless?
  11. Support calls are logged in Zoho Service Desk?
    Q. Does customer receive email that call is logged?
    Q. Can this link with engineers calendar to book service visit?


I have so many more questions but these are some of my biggest uncertainties at the moment.
