Newbie question: DB Search Functionality and Zoho

Hi,

I am new here so please be nice..

I would like to create a website that contains an advance search mechanism (with multiple search criteria), based on a data that is stored in a DB (Access).

Can this be done using Zoho? If not any idea how can I do that? I am not a web developer.
