Hello, I'm a complete newbie to the Zoho environment. I have good understanding of Database structures and fairly good understanding of programming.

I have a task to undertake at the moment and I would like to know how to get started on understanding how to make it happen. Essentially, the task is as follows:

I have a quote with several line items on it. Each item could come from a different supplier. The supplier information is currently linked to the item(s). What I need to do now, is to generate purchase orders for each supplier, collating all the Quote items linked to that supplier and creating individual POs to each supplier.

So, if anyone could point me in the right direction on how to achieve this, I'd greatly appreciate it!
