NEWBIE- Where are my scripts and form info?

I am a serious newbie to go easy on me. i have used the script creator to create some forms for me to use on my website. When anyone besides me access the website it says " there is no such form in Zoho creator ". why is that, and if they could get to the form to fill it out where does the info from that form go to?
Please respond in non-layman terms as I am a computer idiot.

- so i think i figured out how to get the forms up for people who visit my site besides me but where does the info from the forms go? And if it is to somewhere on zoho can i get it to go to another email addy instead?
