I've just had a conversation with support and to my disgust - Zoho CRM can't do anything with birthdays.
What a joke! Zoho is a joke? It's the most basic requirement of any CRM for marketing purposes? Almost all of the others can do it. It's been "on the roadmap" for 4 years. Complete joke?
Has anybody managed to find a work-around to at least find a way of finding out who has a birthday today or this week? I've got a database of over 6000 customers. I can't go through them all and add "month" and "day" field.
The support chap selected I create a "DOB" view and look through them all. LOL
Can anybody do any better? Please!?
P.S
I'm thinking that I could export a .csv of all dates of births and do something with it in Google Calendar or something?
