No email action if update form via email
Ive created a form and plan to upload data to the form via email
I've successfully uploaded data to the form using this method
The second phase of the form action is to send an email
This action works properly when form data is submitted in zoho
The error is that the on submit email action is NOT executing for emails when form data is submitted by email
The various lookup fields i'm using may be part of the problem, but I would like detailed assistance with finding the error
Is there a different action needed to execute an email when data is submitted by email versus manual entered into the zoho form?
