I need: Public anonimus enter only once and fill this form:
FORM IDFORM:
NAME
EMAIL (unique)

and RELATED TO THAT RECORD, to fill about 20 or 30 records of folowing
FOOD FORM:
EMAIL (related to IDFORM.EMAIL)
FOODNAME
TIMES
WHEIGHT

This person will not visit the site any more and must not be able to see other people data or foods.
