Normalized Forms

I am loving Zoho Creator, and can't wait for tighter integration with other Zoho products and services.

I am setting up my database using normalized forms. So one form has information on associates, each with a unique ID number. In another form, I list the languages of these Associates referencing their unique ID.

Is there anyway that a View can display the name of the associate, rather than the ID number?
