I have set up a workflow rule to trigger an email but it does not allow me to include attachments that  are in the module/file.

I have noticed that this request has been made by multiple customers in the last 3 years. 

I know that SALESFORCE has this feauture and so do other CRM companies. How come a company as big as ZOHO not have this BASIC function- and say for 3 years that they are going to implement but have not done so?

Can someone from Zoho please get back to us on this?
