Hi, I'm defining my first function, but contrary to various tutorials I've taken a look at, I am not able to edit the arguments of my new function. Clicking the 'Edit arguments' link does not bring up the pop-up window to define the arguments.

Anyone has any suggestion what might cause this? Could it be that I need an additional permission to do this (I am not logged in as the super admin)?
