I want them to see the form, fill it out, and submit it to me.
I don't want any more notes from people like this as it shows that I'm not interested in customer service.

I tried to use my gmail account, as it suggested below the login area. It allowed me to login, but then said I didnt have access with that account. Not sure if Im doing something wrong, but I cant seem to figure it out...
