I have setup filters in my lookup fields so that only districts and local level government's (LLG's) of a particular province will show when clicked but I keep getting the null value in front of the LLG lookup field.

You'll find a screen shot attached below of what I'm describing.

Asking if anyone knows a way I can get rid of it.
