Hi guys

We're looking to buy Zoho CRM and are currently trialling. I'm working from a MacBook fyi.

I've so spent 3 hours on live chat today with Zoho as we couldn't get the two to integrate properly, even with the plug in installed but finally managed to get there.

The only thing that is an issue is how the CRM treats emails sent from outlook to contacts. As there is no way to link an outgoing email to an account/contact/deal in the, whilst the CRM will pick up an email sent to a contact automatically it will simply be stored on the Contact's most recently added 'deal'. This is problematic as for us as a business, we won't have many accounts but will have lots of deals under each account often with the same contact.

As it stands this alone is making me want to go down the Salesforce route as outlook integration is the biggest thing for us.

Anyone have any thoughts/suggestions?
