One or more fields were dynamically changed

One or more fields were dynamically changed

I am getting the following error message:

"One or more fields were dynamically changed
Try clicking resubmit"

 What does it mean and how can i eliminate it? It does not happen on all occasions and i cannot figure out why it is happening.

I have essentially copied the Site Inventory application from market place into my application. 

My application is Art Inventory Management 2.0 and the problem is under Consignment Locations -> Consignment Location
