ongoing performance issue

Hi,

I haven't used Creator for a while due to the very slow speed and constant pausing of the application. I thought this issue was going to be resolved with the move to the grid environment but I can't say that I have seen any significant improvement. I hope you can do something about the performance soon, as the service is not very practical to use at the moment.
