Only can access 4 of 314 records. Please help!

This is an urgent problem: I'm unable to access all the records in my database. When I open the database, I only see 4 records. These are records that I previously queried using the word, "etiquette" in the search field. Now I can only see these records. I checked my account settings and there are 314 records in my database, so I don't think they were erased. Please help! I'm very disturbed that I cannot access my entire database.
