I sent in this request to Zoho Support as well but did not get a response. I'm not sure what the waiting time is usually.

I had managed to verify my domain dotgraphers.com with Zoho mail, however, I am unable to create an email account on it.

I am accessing the links  https://mailadmin.zoho.com/cpanel/index.do and  https://mail.zoho.com/cpanel/createMailAccount.do and whenever I try to enter  ANY id in the text boxes, a pop up shows up saying  " Oops! Something went wrong. Try again later"

Really??? It's not even giving any possible reason or explanation for it and I have tried it with multiple browsers too.

I thought it may be something wrong with my account and it may help if I set it up again but Zoho will not even let me delete the account unless I create an email id.

Would appreciate some help on this.
