I hope you are well.

To explain a little, we are a company that sells services and products with a technical team responsible for installation and maintenance.

Zoho FSM can be useful for the technical team, namely for the technical coordinator to coordinate their team, who goes to which request and does what. It turns out that our technical team does not deal with any type of billing; requests or work orders are only created in Zoho FSM when quotes have been presented to the customer and approved. Is there any way to change this and remove everything related to quotes?

I would also like to know if it is possible to edit the status that currently appears as blocked in the work orders.

There are also some titles that I cannot change (it mentions something about API). I was trying to put everything in Portuguese, but there are fixed parts in English. Is there a way to change this?
