I have set up out of office on zoho mail, however, it does not reply to every mail sent to it.

I have tested it by sending several test messages from multiple different email accounts, I will get a response to some of them, but not all of them

this is a big problem as I need my customers to know that this mailbox is not monitored and that they need to contact me elsewhere to get an answer
