Hi, we've been using this plugin for a while now and all of a sudden it is no longer showing in certain user's Outlook. It says that it's still installed. We've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still does not show. Every day it dissapears from a couple new users.

Anyone else with this issue and is there a fix?
