It seems that whenever ever leads are pushed into Zoho, leads in Zoho are being reverted back to when they came in. So, if it came in as an Unknown for the business name, but the sales person called and received the name and updated it, a short time later, they will go back to lead and it will have been reverted back to Unknown rather than staying as the updated business name they have put in. This seems to happen every time we push leads in from Leadformix to Zoho. I think that these clients go back on our sight and don’t fill out everything properly and so they get back into Leadformix, instead of dups coming in, it filters out duplicates and then updates from what they filled out again into the already made lead. Please make this stop.
Also, when sales people are sending out emails, something those emails get attached onto different client names.
