Page tied to Client but only viewable by them

Page tied to Client but only viewable by them

I'm trying to set up a page in which a client provides feedback.

The page contains linked info that is shared by other clients in order to fill out the required info needed.

However, I want the client to be able to login, enter details, but not be able to see the other clients.

Currently I have a linked form (dropdown box) to my contact page that links the records to the particular client.

How can I set this up so when the client logs in:
--They only don't need to choose their name
--They don't see any other clients names or data
--The records are related
