I would like to give a feedback on your tariff plans, as I am using  Zoho from last 5 years and learning more n more things but I'm little bit disappointed.

Payment Integration is really great feature I have seen in Creator after Schedule Job but I am unlucky :), I have business free plan in my account and I'm surprised when Zoho has removed Backup and Restore feature from my account and not even give few transaction limit for Schedule Job nor for the Payment Gateway as like Reports (Maximum 2). 

I also would like to comment on Payment Gateway, If possible there should be an option to add another gateway like direcpay or billdesk who accept (INR Currency).

I think you should encourage users who is with you from starting rather disappointing, I know money is main concern in today's market and every thing is because of money, but there are few hidden things where companies in the market gives surprises to their existing users. I would like to give points to Google, TATA and HSBC Bank, they never forget to give gifts to there customers (in the form of services or promotional vouchers).

Hope you will address this and in feature existing user's will get surprises from you.
