Percentage of Formula Function

I would like to achieve a percentage field by using a Function Formula typ filed.

I have two fields under potential module. These are named as "Actual Revenue" & "MNC Revenue".

Now I would like to get a new formula field that should return the % value of these 2 fields amount value.

Can anyone help me with the syntax or steps to do it.
