Performance REALY SLOW!!!

We are using a html view that has been in place since Feb, but over the past two weeks the performance of the HTML view has gone from 3-7 secs to load upto anywhere near 3 minutes!! This is particularly evident around 3pm UK time.

We checked the obvious things and broadband but need some answers pretty sharpish. I've included the customer on submission so they understand some of the frustrations being experience by your customers.

Please advise.
