My form YRI_Agreement_Request_Form is asking users to enter their login.  99% of those entering data into the form are not Zoho users.  The form originally worked, but now, for some reason is telling users they must login.  The form was originally set up without a login, but I re-did the link just to make sure.  It is still requesting a login.

I have trouble seeing the issue myself because the form always loads for me, whether I have logged into Zoho that particular day or not.

I appreciate help as soon as possible as I have been having this problem for over 2 weeks.
