Permissions Technicians

Hi, I'm testing Zoho Help Desk on a Google apps account, but I don't want to be the Technician, I created another technician, but I didn't see the same menus, is there any section to give permissions? and also I don't want to use my email account as a technician, can it be possible to change technicians? If this is not possible, I was thinking in create another account, but I don't know how to uninstall this one. I hope you can help me.
