We are using phone bridge with TWILIO, everything is working great,
except we are having this 2 problems:
1. We can not make a call back to a new client if we miss their call, it
will show up in the activities tab as missing call from .... but you
cannot click on the number to call that client back, we have to create a
new lead for that number, copy the number over then make a call. Could
you add click to call from missing call?2. There is not an option
" Over phone" for agent when they are not at the computer,
call get to forward its to their cell phone, how can we change this.
