Phone field
The phone number field allows only 8 digits. This is insufficient to allow area codes which are usually at least 3 digits. It also does not allow standard input for international numbers such as: +27123542287, not only is the number too long, but also the + would probably be rejected as a non-numeric value.
Until you reconsider your restrictive phone number field I am forced to use a text filed for phone numbers.
