We use a custom module called Prospects. We do this to pre-qualify our prospects before moving to the Lead Module.
The Prospects name is not in our Contacts module. When using the Activities Module, I select Subject of Task. Here I can view Task Information. It is here I see the Prospects Name and have related custom field called Prospect Phone.
I need the Prospect Phone custom field in Task Information to populate/copy the same Prospect Phone field from our custom module called Prospects.
Reasoning, allows me to quickly call/edit description info as notes, then arrow through each Task for each Prospect efficiently working from just the Activities Task information screen. See our Prospects Phone number here without copying and pasting is my need.
Prospect (custom module)>Prospect Phone = Task Information (for each Prospect) > Prospect Phone (custom field)
