Is it possible to replicate the attached screenshot (which was created in Excel) in a Creator Pivot Chart?

The blue columns are aggregates of a single field, ALL records.

The grey column is data from the SAME field, but for a SINGLE record.

I've played around with every box and option in the pivot chart interface, but I can't get this to work (as it may not be possible).
