Hi-

We have Form 1 to collect the names of employees.  Form 2 uses a lookup to Employee Name in Form 1 to assign a task to employees, with the ability to mark the task closed when completed

Is there any way to create a pivot table that would provide a count of the number of open tasks per employee.  I don't think I can build the table off of Form 2 only because there are some employees from Form 1 who do not have any tasks....they have no data in Form 2 so they would not show up. Basically, want to see who has few or no tasks in making new assignments.
