Does anyone else have consistent problems with pivot table data consistently being wrong or out-of-date?

We have some simple forms/tables that have pivot table reports, but we constantly have to click Regenerate or Refresh and half the time that doesn't show accurate data.

We've chatted with Support multiple times to no avail, so we wanted to get the community's take on this.
