Please help. I Can't understand how to make formula work!

I keep getting error messages that either variable form is not declared or something or other is not declared.

All I want is a field that would count the number of times a name is listed in another field. Can someone tell me how to do that? It's simple to query in access but I am finding Zoho creator too hard. I don't know scripts.

My son insists that I should stick with access. I would except I need the database online.

Please help. I've spent too much time already trying to figure this out.
