Please wait msg during submit

Please wait msg during submit

A previously correctly worked form now has a problem to submit the form. The "Please wait" msg is displaying for long time and there is no data submit. It does in a strange way, since one kind of data can be submit correctly, chosen from the drop down list. 

Any idea?
