As I can see from the forums, this has been an issue for a long time and I haven't come across any resolution posts thus I am reporting the problem as well. We have had our account for several years and the logo always looked terrible within the application. While disappointing, not as big of a deal if we look at it that way; however, it is frustrating that we have to send forms (quotes, invoices etc.) to our potential and existing customers with our logo looking so bad and/or unprofessional.
For the record, I have repeatedly deleted, reconfigured and reloaded logo file(s) all according to your recommended specs/resolution/size, both within the setup area and as per support agent feedback to other users here in the forum reporting same issue (for years), but all look the same/just as bad. Attached couple examples.
Very happy with your product overall, just looking to find out where we stand with getting a resolution on this issue please.
