I tend to make things more difficult then they need to be as I have proven multiple times while setting up my back-office in Zoho.

So before I delve into deluge I would like to know this.

I am setting up a customer portal through Zoho creator where our customers can view and edit their information off of the CRM contacts module. As such I would like to pre-populate the fields in the creator form with the information from the CRM using their email to fetch the contact ID. 

Is there any other way to do this apart from writing code in deluge? Is this for example possible through Zoho flow?

I will also have to add the changes they make to the CRM after they submit the form.
