Possible Bug when using openURL ...

Hi:

I encountered what might possibly be a bug.

If I place a cancel submit command in the Validate section of a Form, it works just fine.

However, if I place an openURL command (to display a web page in the same window) immediately before the cancel submit, the contents of the Form are added to the Table ... i.e. the cancel request is not honored.
