I was looking at one of Zoho Creators competitors. They have some very useful features on the forms. Here is a short list:

1. A field with an invalid value is flagged immediately not just when the submit button is pressed. This immediate feedback helps the user.
   
2. The submit button is grayed out until all fields have valid values and required fields have been entered. 
3. Forms have sections that can be collapsed and expanded
4. Forms are limited to two columns as in Zoho but they have tabs on top. This makes it easier to organize the information that needs to be entered without using several stateless forms.
   

Overall Zoho is the better product but I thought these features are useful and should be easy to implement.
