Hello All,

I am working on a form that has 5 different sections. These sections have titles for example Section 1, Section 2 etc. I used the "Add Notes" field in the form but since I am not adding data for this field it will not show in the forms view. Does anyone have a suggestion that will resolve this? Because of the number of questions answered in the form, I need to separate each section. Thanks for your help.
