Please confirm if you have any resources describing how Zoho Creator could be used to create a book app / offline website?

We have a book website (www.agribook.co.za) which we would like farmers to be able to access while offline, and then update only what has changed when they are online again.

It would not need to be as sophisticated as an eBook reader app like Kindle.
