POST Data message after file upload

I have a form in Creator. It was operating perfectly until I added a file upload field. Now every time I upload a file after the "Success" message I get a dialog telling me the page/form contains POST Data - the same message you get when you hit your "Back" button after you've filled out a form or logged in to some websites.

After the page reloads the filename is still in the upload box.

I'm using Firefox, latest version for the browser.

Any help/hints/advice?
