is it possible to copy modules? I want to create something exactly like potencials, but i can not duplicate it.

second question - can i choose with every new contact and oportunity... who can see them. I mean, if i want to create contact as a CEO but i dont want managers to be able to see it, can i chose for the contact to be visible only for me? Or do i have to do it for entirele module?
