Predefine text in multi line fields?

Predefine text in multi line fields?

Hi

I am now trying to built a new important system for us. Everytime an engineer makes a change to a drawing we need to inform other person within our company.

The change need to contain a list of the deleted items (needed info. position no.+ item no.) and the to match added items(needed info. position no.+ item no.).

My challenge is that at anytime we must be able to searh for both a posion number and the material number.

If this would be created in a spreedsheet it would look like the attached!

Another idea the came to my mind was to use the "multi line" box. This idea seems to be simple if it is possible to put in predefined text in the "multi line" box. Is this possible?

Please help. Perhaps link to some similar applications could be helpful?
