Printing?

I am having trouble figuring out a good way to print out the "summary view" version of my database. For a meeting, I want to print out a full list of each record... doesn't matter to me whether its one record per page, or more than one per page. I have tried to print straight from the web, I have tried pasting into a Word document, but nothing looks good. I need to make a hard copy to hand out for a meeting. Can someone please offer suggestions for how I can print a collection of record, neatly??
