Problem Adding New ACH Bank Information by Customer

Brand new Zoho Books user here, we have just migrated from Wave Accounting.

Our clients cannot add their bank information using the secure portal capture. We have tested this ourselves and get the same error.

We used this Zoho Books help article to complete the ACH setup.

We have enabled Stripe credit card and ACH payments. Checked the Customer settings box to "Allow this customer to pay via their bank account". We also went to the Stripe portal to see if there was anything to be done there, but it seems that Zoho Books would use the Stripe's API to configure the source there.

The error is: Invalid params are passed in the request.

Appreciate any help on this.
