Problem Adding Users

I hoping someone might be able to help me.

I'm trying to add a User but when I click "Add" after entering the User's email address ZohoCreater "hangs" and nothing seems to happen.

I see a "Please wait..." message in the upper right hand corner of my screen, but nothing ever seems to happen.

In the lower right hand corner of my browser I have an "Error on page." message. The full messsage reads:

"Problems with this Web page might prevent it from being displayed properly or functioning properly. In the future, you can display this message by double-clicking the warning icon displayed in the status bar."

When I click "Show Details" I get the following message:

Can someone please help me?
