Problem importing

Hi, we are experiencing a problem when uploading data to the application. We have this problem since last year, and we have contacted support, without any solution. The problem is that when we use the "import data" form, both pasting the content or uploading a file (csv format) the application does not do anything, so the data is not loaded. Can you please help us with this? We need to use the application, otherwise we will have to use another solution. I'm uploading a demo csv file. Regards
